Roles & Responsibilities
Experience & Background
10+ years of logistics/supply chain experience, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
Proven experience in UAE food distribution/logistics is mandatory.
Strong background in managing cold chain logistics, warehousing, and last-mile delivery.
Experience with multi-temperature storage (Ambient, Chiller, Frozen).
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration.
Additional certifications like CPIM, CSCP, PMP, or HACCP/Food Safety are an advantage.
3. Functional Skills
Expertise in Route Planning and Delivery Optimization.Proficient in WMS, or ERP systems (Oracle/SAP/Microsoft Dynamics).
Solid understanding of UAE import/export laws, municipality regulations, and customs procedures.
4. Leadership & Operational Skills
Strong team management – able to lead Logistics Driver & planning teams.
Strategic thinker with hands-on problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to design, implement and optimize SOPs and SLAs for high-volume operations.
5. Compliance & Safety
Ensure adherence to HSE, HACCP, and municipal food transport regulations.
Develop and monitor KPIs for compliance, efficiency, and cost control.
6. Soft Skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
High adaptability, ability to handle pressure and tight delivery schedules.
Strong leadership and analytical skills
