Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Coordinating with the sales team for getting the Presale orders for Execution.
  • Shorting & clubbing the orders by route planning and Truck loads.
  • Assigning Trucks with Helpers for the ordered shipments
  • Processing the sales orders in system. ( Picking slip / Invoice )
  • Coordinating with stores for required stocks and timely loading and dispatches.
  • Enter data in computer system and maintain logs and records of calls, activities and other information.
  • Coordinating with the Drivers & Sales Team for any merchandizer availability in receiving markets.
  • Prioritize calls according to urgency and importance.
  • Use phone or computer to send drivers with vehicles or other field units to appropriate locations.
  • Monitor the route and status of field units to coordinate and prioritize their schedule.
  • Able to prioritize the most important situations, and think quickly.
  • Collection of All POD/GRV’s documents from the driver and submission to concern stores / Finance / Sales Team.
  • Maintaining Trips sheets /Attendance of Logistics Driver / Helpers.
  • Comply with the company's Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures at all times.
  • Use personal protective equipment (PPE) and other safety gear as required by the job or worksite.
  • Promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility across all levels of the organization.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • At least 1 year experience as Dispatcher in FMCG
  • Proven experience as dispatcher or relevant position.
  • Fast typing with experience in data entry.
  • Knowledge of procedures and guideline for emergency situations.
  • Proficient in English (oral and written).
  • Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.
