Roles & Responsibilities

About the company:

Our client is a Leading Multinational FMCG Distribution Business, based in Dubai, Looking for an Logistics Assistant


Salary: 5000-5500 AED

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate and send instructions to suppliers
  • Coordinate loading arrangements with suppliers and freight forwarders
  • Review documentation copies and coordinate amendments with relevant internal teams
  • Share approved document copies with customers
  • Inform the Accounts Payable team when original documents need to be released
  • Input shipment data into Oracle and complete ship confirmation
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing of all shipment-related documents

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Prior experience in logistics, preferably within the food sector
  • Fluent in English (written & spoken); additional languages are highly valued,
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office; Oracle experience is an advantage)
  • Strong Interpersonal skills
