Lifeguard MOVENPICK

As a Lifeguard, your primary responsibility is to ensure the safety and well-being of all guests using the hotel s swimming facilities. You will be vigilant, proactive, and quick to respond in emergencies while also maintaining cleanliness and enforcing pool regulations. Your presence guarantees a safe and enjoyable environment for our guests to relax and unwind.

• Supervise all activities in the swimming pool area, ensuring the safety of all guests.

• Prevent accidents by enforcing pool rules and monitoring guest behavior.

• Respond immediately and effectively to all incidents, injuries, and emergencies.

• Provide First Aid or CPR when necessary.

• Check water quality and temperature, report any irregularities to the maintenance team.

• Ensure cleanliness and availability of poolside equipment such as towels, loungers, and safety gear.

• Report any damaged or malfunctioning equipment to the Recreation or Engineering team.

• Assist in organizing recreational activities and supporting guest engagement.

• Certified Lifeguard License from a recognized body.

• CPR and First Aid certified (mandatory).

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or resort environment.

• Strong swimming skills and ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations.

• Excellent communication skills in Arabic (English is an advantage).

• Friendly, alert, and guest-focused personality.

• Physically fit and able to work outdoors for extended periods.
