Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Candidate for Leading Law Firm in Dubai

Position: Legal marketing and Customer Support

Compensation: Salary + Bonus + Commission (average of 5000 AED)

Work Schedule: 5 days per week, 48 hours total, with weekends off (Saturday and Sunday)


  • Conduct Legal marketing and Customer support using the provided data
  • Successfully meet client targets, preferably over the phone
  • Exhibit excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to communicate well with people from different backgrounds, including Indians and other Nationalities, both men and women.
  • Be skilled in negotiation and client interactions
  • Display persistence and a results-oriented approach
  • Show patience and the ability to handle customer queries
  • Support the Marketing and Legal Teams

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience: Minimum 3 months experience in the UAE
  • Residence: Dubai
  • Languages: Russian and English.
