Our client, a prestigious private entity in Dubai is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Associate to support our legal team. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals eager to grow within a multinational environment. The role involves supporting legal operations, contract management, research, compliance, and administrative tasks in line with UAE and GCC regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct legal research on commercial, regulatory, pharmaceutical, and labor laws across the GCC region
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing contracts and corporate legal documents
- Support litigation management and coordinate with external counsel when required
- Maintain legal templates, records, and internal compliance documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory standards
- Support the implementation of legal policies, procedures, and training initiatives
- Handle administrative duties, including document archiving and preparing legal reports

Requirements:

- Bachelor s degree in Law from a recognized university
- 0 3 years of legal experience (including internships), preferably in a law firm or multinational environment
- Proficient in English and Arabic, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with legal terminology and contract management
- Skilled in Microsoft Word and adaptable to new legal tools
