Lecturer in Human Resource Management German University in Cairo

The Faculty of Management Technology invites applications for the following position effective September 2025.
Job profile :
Candidates with academic and professional expertise in one or more of the following areas: Human Resource Management / Organization Behavior
Qualifications :
Candidates should hold a Ph.D. in Human Resource Management or related disciplines (Organization Behavior, Organization Theory) with extensive working experience (at least 3 years) in the academic field.
Successful candidates are expected to be committed to excellence in teaching and are able to teach a range of courses in HR and general management (e.g. Leadership, Organization Behavior, Business Ethics, Human Resource Management).
Excellent teaching ability at both the undergraduate and graduate levels.
High capacity to develop pedagogical innovations and to manage course modules.
Excellent communication skills (oral, written, presentation).
Proficiency in English (oral and written).
Successful candidates are expected to be committed to excellence in undergraduate and graduate teaching. Preference will be given to candidates who have a record of accomplishment in academic and/or applied research.
