Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the execution of learning and talent initiatives, ensuring they are engaging, relevant, and aligned with business priorities.
- Assist in planning and delivery of in-house learning experiences, working closely with the team to ensure a seamless participant journey.
Content Development & Learning Innovation
- Help curate and recommend learning (in person or online) content and resources that support a culture of continuous development.
- Assist in developing and refreshing learning materials, ensuring they are engaging and aligned with modern learning principles.
- Work with internal stakeholders and external partners to identify needs and contribute ideas for innovative learning approaches.
Administration & Operational Coordination
- Manage vendor relationships, including quotations, LPOs, and payment follow-ups.
- Coordinate logistics and ensure smooth delivery of learning programmes and talent initiatives.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date learning and talent data across key systems.
- Support the performance management cycle through timely reporting and proactive follow-up.
Insights & Engagement
- Collect and interpret data to provide insights that inform decision-making and improve programme effectiveness.
- Champion process improvements and leverage technology to enhance efficiency and user experience across learning and talent platforms.
- Act as an ambassador for the Learning & Talent agenda, promoting initiatives and supporting engagement across the business.
Desired Candidate Profile
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Passionate about supporting employee growth and fostering continuous learning.
- Strong organisational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, including SharePoint, Powerpoint, Excel, and other reporting/dashboard tools (e.g. BI)
- Experience using survey engines and visual design tools.
- Minimum 2 3 years of experience in HR, L&D, or Talent administration with exposure to programme delivery and stakeholder engagement
