Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee all surveying operations on-site.
  • Establish and maintain primary and secondary control points and benchmarks.
  • Supervise surveyors and assistants in carrying out topographic, layout, and as-built surveys.
  • Review and verify survey data, drawings, and reports for accuracy and completeness.
  • Provide horizontal and vertical control data to guide construction works.
  • Coordinate with design, engineering, and construction teams to ensure proper interpretation of drawings and survey requirements.
  • Validate subcontractor survey works and ensure compliance with project standards.
  • Manage and maintain all survey instruments, calibration records, and data archives.
  • Prepare and submit survey reports, as-built records, and progress updates to project management.
  • Ensure all survey activities comply with safety, quality, and project execution plans.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Geomatics, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5–10 years of experience in Villa construction or infrastructure surveying, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or lead role.
  • Proficiency in Total Station, GPS, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other survey data processing software.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities across multidisciplinary teams.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Knowledge of project documentation, QA/QC processes, and safety standards.
