  • Lead global service delivery for Finance, HR, Procurement, IT, and other transactional/strategic services.
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and compliance requirements.
  • Establish a robust governance model with business units and corporate functions.

Digital Transformation & Innovation

  • Champion the adoption of digital tools (RPA, AI, analytics, ERP, cloud solutions) to optimize processes.
  • Drive data-driven decision-making and build advanced analytics capabilities.
  • Foster innovation in service delivery models and customer experience.

Talent & Leadership

  • Build and lead a diverse, high-performing team across multiple hubs/locations.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and service excellence

Financial & Business Impact

  • Deliver cost efficiency, process effectiveness, and improved customer experience.
  • Own the GBS budget, ensuring value delivery and productivity improvements.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Master s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in shared services/GBS, consulting, or operations leadership.
  • Strong experience in digital transformation (automation, AI, ERP, analytics)
  • Cross-industry FMCG and cross-geography experience preferred.
