Lead Product Manager - Consumer Lending

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for consumer lending solutions from concept to launch and continuous optimization.
• Define product strategy and roadmap aligned with the company s business objectives, regulatory framework, and customer needs.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data, risk, and operations teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Partner with banks, fintech partners, and technology vendors to integrate and enhance lending capabilities (e.g., FintechOS, Camunda, M2P, AECB, etc.).
• Develop customer-centric features to improve acquisition, credit approval speed, repayment flexibility, and digital experience.
• Ensure all product features comply with CBUAE and AECB regulations, data protection, and internal governance standards.
• Monitor performance metrics, customer feedback, and market trends to drive product improvements and innovation.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers or analysts to scale lending initiatives.

Key Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience in consumer lending or digital credit.
• Solid understanding of credit lifecycle management, risk assessment, loan origination, and collections processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to drive discussions with tech, compliance, risk, and business teams.
• Analytical mindset with ability to use data and user insights for decision-making.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; able to influence cross-functional teams.
• Exposure to fintech platforms, digital wallets, or micro-lending ecosystems.
