Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute targeted lead generation strategies to identify potential customers across various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and webinars.
  • Utilize advanced CRM tools to track and analyze lead data, ensuring accurate reporting and effective follow-up strategies.
  • Conduct thorough market research to uncover industry trends and competitive intelligence, influencing the overall lead generation approach.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, providing a solid foundation in lead generation principles.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in lead generation or sales development, demonstrating a track record of achieving targets.
  • Proven experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, showcasing technical proficiency in managing leads.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and tools, enabling effective collaboration with marketing teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions to enhance lead generation efforts.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with prospects and convey value propositions.
  • A results-oriented mindset, with a passion for meeting and exceeding lead generation goals.
