Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Perform laser hair removal treatments in a safe, professional, and effective manner.
  • Assess clients’ skin types, hair types, and medical history to determine appropriate treatment plans.
  • Provide consultations and educate clients on treatment process, expected results, and aftercare instructions.
  • Maintain accurate client treatment records and documentation.
  • Ensure proper operation, cleaning, and maintenance of laser machines and equipment.
  • Follow all safety protocols and clinic policies to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
  • Build and maintain positive client relationships, promoting customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Support clinic team in achieving sales and treatment targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • DHA License or eligibility as Laser Technician / Laser Therapist (mandatory in UAE).
  • Proven experience in laser hair removal treatments (minimum 1–2 years preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of laser technologies and different skin types.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance, positive attitude, and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
