This role is critical in ensuring compliance with specifications, workmanship quality, safety, and stakeholder coordination. Candidates with UAE-based experience in site inspection for landscaping and irrigation are strongly preferred.

Position Overview
As a Landscape Inspector, you will be responsible for on-site inspections of landscape and irrigation works, ensuring they align with project plans and standards. You will coordinate with contractors, materials technicians, and survey teams, document daily site activities, and provide feedback to the Resident Engineer. Your role ensures technical compliance, safety enforcement, and effective site progress tracking.

Core Duties

* Monitor execution of landscape and irrigation works per approved plans and specifications
* Maintain a detailed daily log of work activities, materials, labor, and equipment
* Interface with nearby residents or businesses to address construction impacts
* Coordinate daily with the contractor s site foreman and quality control teams
* Ensure timely testing of materials and adherence to QA protocols
* Track completed works for interim and final payments, and support in as-built documentation
* Identify and report non-compliance or poor workmanship issues
* Document contractor performance, potential claims, and Day Works
* Enforce safety plans and ensure correct placement of signage and barricades
* Immediately report site accidents and hazardous conditions to the Resident Engineer

Candidate Requirements

* Diploma in Landscape, Irrigation, or related engineering discipline
* Minimum 5 years of experience supervising landscaping and irrigation works in construction projects
* Strong knowledge of inspection processes, site coordination, and documentation
* Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
* Must currently reside in the UAE and be available for immediate site assignments
