Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and safe transportation of passengers or goods to designated locations, adhering to traffic laws and regulations.
- Maintain a clean and presentable vehicle interior and exterior, conducting routine checks for optimal performance.
- Plan and navigate routes efficiently using GPS and other navigation tools, accounting for traffic and road conditions.
- Provide excellent customer service, assisting passengers with courtesy and professionalism, and addressing their needs.
- Adhere strictly to the company's policies and procedures regarding vehicle operation, safety, and passenger conduct.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, passengers, and other relevant parties, providing updates and addressing concerns promptly.
- Handle basic vehicle maintenance tasks, such as checking fluids, tire pressure, and reporting any mechanical issues promptly.
- Adapt to varying schedules and locations, including potential evening or weekend shifts, as per the requirements.
- Prioritize passenger safety and comfort, adjusting driving behavior to suit road conditions and passenger needs.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record is mandatory.
- Nationality preference: Open to all nationalities; however, local language proficiency is a plus.
- Fluent in English
- Proficient in using GPS navigation systems and basic vehicle maintenance tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Demonstrates punctuality, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility and integrity.
