Roles & Responsibilities

A Kids Club Attendant at Waldorf Astoria is responsible for delivering exceptional care, warm hospitality, and engaging service to our younger guests (ages 4 12) and teenagers (ages 13 17) throughout their stay. The role focuses on creating memorable holiday experiences through participation in Kids Club activities and providing babysitting services when required.


What will I be doing?

A Kids Club Attendant at Waldorf Astoria is responsible for delivering exceptional care, warm hospitality, and engaging service to our younger guests (ages 4 12) and teenagers (ages 13 17) throughout their stay. The role focuses on creating memorable holiday experiences through participation in Kids Club activities and providing babysitting services when required. Specifically, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Organize and host age-appropriate, entertaining and educational activities for the teenagers, young guests and their families according to Kids Club concept to create a fun filled atmosphere, providing safe care, a personalized and intuitive service.

  • Follow pre-opening, opening, closing and post-closing operational and cleaning procedures at the Kids Club.

  • Respond quickly and positively to changing requirements including the performance of any tasks requested.
  • Offer teenagers and younger guests a safe and fun environment by maintaining a constant awareness of the children s whereabouts.
  • Meet and greet arriving teenagers and young guests.
  • Provide babysitting services upon guest request.
  • Ensure special focus on all children in the resort to provide them with a memorable holiday.
  • Handle guest complaints and ensure effective resolution of any issues
  • Minimize costs through correct use and handling of hotel property and equipment
  • Attend and actively participate in training sessions.
  • Organize and participate in both indoor and outdoor activities, including children s sports, family events, and holiday celebrations.
  • Initiate cleaning or maintenance requests when required to ensure operational standards

As Kids Club Attendant serving Hilton Brand Hotels is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

  • Proven experience working with children and teenagers, with the ability to manage and engage various age groups effectively

  • Must maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance at all times

  • Possesses intermediate proficiency in the English language (spoken and written)

  • Valid CPR Certification, preferably with specialization in pediatric care

  • Valid First Aid Training Certification, with knowledge of emergency response for children

  • Educational background in Nursing or Teaching is an advantage
