Kids Club Attendant JA Resorts & Hotels

This position is responsible in assisting the daily operational requirements of Cool Zone .

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist guests with enquiries and complaints related to Cool Zone .
• Assist and maintain accurate and up to date records of all checklists, daily statistics, logbooks and liability forms.
• Maintain and supply water within the Cool Zone.
• Maintain and supply set-up, cutlery and crockery for daily buffet set-up in the Cool Zone.
• Demonstrate full knowledge of all equipment and activities in Cool Zone.
• Timely attendance on daily outdoor rounds.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work surrounding within the Cool Zone area.
• Ensure proper handover between shifts to the next Cool Zone Coordinator on duty.
• Assist and maintain guest information and notice board, making sure details are accurate, up to date and relevant.
