The Role Of The Kids Club Attendant
We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Kids Club Attendant to join a new takeover project in the UAE: Al Zorah Beach Resorts in Ajman, UAE, as it embarks on an inspiring transformation journey. This evolution will culminate in the grand opening of Four Seasons Resort Ajman at Al Zorah in late 2026.
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have
The Kids Club Attendant is responsible for providing a fun, safe, and engaging environment for children while ensuring the highest standards of care and attention. This role includes planning and supervising age-appropriate activities, maintaining cleanliness and safety, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for young guests and their families.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise children during activities and playtime, always ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Organize and conduct recreational and educational activities (arts & crafts, storytelling, games, etc.).
- Organize and prepare for seasonal events and celebrations (e.g., Christmas, Easter, New Year).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized Kids Club environment.
- Ensure all equipment and materials are safe, age-appropriate, and properly maintained.
- Welcome children and parents, explain the facilities, and ensure a positive guest experience.
- Keep accurate attendance records and report any incidents to the supervisor or management.
- Follow all safety and emergency procedures as per resort policy.
- Previous experience in a childcare, nursery, or recreational role is required.
- Certified in First Aid and CPR (or willing to obtain upon hiring).
- Energetic, creative, and able to engage children in a positive and respectful manner. Strong communication skills and a friendly personality.
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Must be flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays.
