Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Account Management Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts, including pharmacies, distributors, and retail chains. Manage a portfolio of priority clients, ensuring their needs are addressed and expectations consistently exceeded. Sales Strategy & Execution Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive market growth in the pharmacy channel. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Nutripharm’s product portfolio. Business Development Proactively pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base within the pharmacy channel. Negotiate and secure new contracts with key accounts, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes. Relationship Management Establish strong partnerships with key decision-makers and influencers in the pharmacy sector. Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback. Sales Forecasting & Reporting Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses. Track market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights and recommendations. Collaboration Partner with marketing and product development teams to align sales initiatives with product launches and campaigns. Coordinate with logistics and customer service teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. Training & Support Deliver product training and support to pharmacy staff to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness. Qualifications & Experience Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field (additional sales/marketing certifications preferred). Experience: 3–5 years in pharmaceutical sales, with a focus on key account management or pharmacy channel; proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing major accounts. Skills & Competencies: Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Solid understanding of pharmaceutical and nutraceutical markets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Analytical, data-driven mindset with ability to interpret trends. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
