Roles & Responsibilities

Life Pharmacy Group is looking for an experienced Key Account Manager (Pharmacy Channel) to lead and grow our strategic partnerships within the pharmacy retail sector. The role will be responsible for driving business growth, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring achievement of sales and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop key pharmacy accounts to maximize business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with stakeholders across the pharmacy channel.
  • Negotiate and execute commercial agreements in line with business objectives.
  • Monitor account performance, sales trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, operations) to ensure seamless execution of strategies.
  • Deliver monthly and quarterly business reviews to management.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in key account management / sales within the pharmacy, retail, or FMCG sector.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large accounts.
  • Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
