Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Relationship Management: Develop deep trust with major clients, serving as the primary liaison.
- Strategic Planning: Create and execute account plans to meet client objectives and company goals.
- Needs Assessment: Thoroughly understand key customer requirements and market trends.
- Solution Delivery: Ensure timely and correct delivery of products/services, coordinating internal resources.
- Growth & Sales: Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and new business within existing accounts.
- Issue Resolution: Address problems and complaints quickly to maintain trust and loyalty.
- Internal Communication: Act as a bridge between clients and internal departments (product, support, sales).
