Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
As the Junior Product Manager, you will be co-responsible for creating innovative products and engaging experiences for our end clients. You will play a supporting role in driving innovation throughout Bayut and dubizzle.
In this role, you will:
- Develop new products and enhance existing products.
- Identify strategic opportunities to transform our client-end product experience.
- Identify market opportunities and define product vision and strategy.
- Collaborate with product, marketing and engineering to define and execute strategy.
- Work collaboratively with partners in the organisation to define priorities, plan projects and design approaches.
- Contribute in the areas of design, storytelling, interaction design, visual design, user research and user behaviour.
- Demonstrate strong product instincts, technical knowledge and obsession for the consumer to create and drive the roadmap for our products.
- Use data and deep customer insights to pose and answer key questions and drive product vision and strategy.
- Own the entire design and development process and manage projects end-to-end.
- Demonstrate effective collaboration in a matrixed, cross-functional team.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience;
- Experience building client-facing control panels, dashboards and/or commerce/classified products;
- Experience with managing products for B2B clients;
- Demonstrated ability to achieve strategic goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment and to evolve product strategy based on research, data and industry trends.
- Know how to take ideas, define products and ship features;
- Knowledge of property portals;
- Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Customer Support, Finance or Marketing.
- Exhibition of great collaboration and communication skills;
- Ability to understand problems with clarity and discover and eliminate complexity and ambiguity in projects to establish goals and expectations for services required;
- Good organisation and prioritisation skills;
- Skilled in design process and facilitation;
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Keen on building delightful experiences, have an eye for detail and a real passion for understanding customers along with prioritising their needs;
- Ability to inspire designers and researchers.
