Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage regulatory filings, license renewals, and statutory records
  • Draft and review contracts, NDAs, MoUs, board/shareholder resolutions, etc.
  • Coordinate with regulators, free zone authorities, and external counsel
  • Maintain structured legal databases and records; ensure compliance deadlines are monitored and met
  • Leverage AI and digital tools for document review, legal research, and process automation
  • Support internal legal training and compliance awareness initiatives

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Law degree or legal studies qualification
  • 1–3 years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal team (UAE experience preferred)
  • Strong skills in legal drafting, documentation, and regulatory processes
  • Familiarity with UAE legal, corporate, and licensing frameworks
  • Hands-on experience with legal technology/AI tools and data entry & management
  • Bonus: Company Secretary experience, Arabic proficiency, or telecom/tech sector knowledge
