Junior Accountant

Maintain and update day-to-day accounting records (invoices, receipts, bank statements, etc.)

Handle accounts payable and receivable, including timely reconciliation

Prepare monthly financial reports, ledgers, and cash flow statements

Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning

Support internal audits and ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards and tax regulations

Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory bodies as needed

Ensure timely payment of salaries, vendor dues, and company obligations

Maintain organized documentation for all financial transactions

Coordinate with other departments to track expenses and allocate budgets

Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

1 2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role (experience in the financial/forex sector is a plus)

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or similar)

Strong Excel and data entry skills

Familiarity with UAE VAT and regulatory frameworks

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

Ability to manage confidential data with integrity
