Are you an Arabic-speaking professional seeking an exciting opportunity in the world of account management? We are looking for a dynamic Junior Account Manager who will be responsible for overseeing client accounts, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving growth within our organization. As a Junior Account Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our Arabic-speaking clientele, helping to build long-lasting relationships and manage customer queries and concerns effectively. You will work closely with senior account managers, gain valuable insights into account management strategies, and contribute to team success. Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing Arabic-speaking client accounts.
- Act as the main point of contact for client queries and concerns in Arabic.
- Collaborate with senior account managers to devise growth strategies for key accounts.
- Prepare and deliver account management reports to senior staff and clients.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for client engagement.
- Assist in the development and presentation of marketing proposals to clients.
- Monitor and track client satisfaction and provide feedback to management.
- Ensure client communications are timely, accurate, and consistent across all platforms.
- Resolve client issues promptly while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of services.
- Provide training or support to clients regarding products and services as needed.
- Assist in contract renewals and negotiate terms in accordance with company policies.
Requirements
- Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory for effective client communication.
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in account management or customer service is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to maintain client relationships.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and strategically.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management software.
