What will you be doing?

As a Joinery Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the joinery department. This includes supervising craftsmen, managing projects, ensuring quality standards are met, while maintaining a safe and efficient working environment. Key responsibilities include:

• Estimating material and labor
• Monitoring acquisition and use of materials
• Overseeing joinery production and managing the team
• Ensuring that all products are of high-quality and meet the required standards
• Implementing quality standards throughout the production process
• Ensuring all projects are completed on time

What are we looking for?

The ideal candidate must display positive attitude with exceptional skills:

• Expertise in joinery production and carpentry
• Experience in managing a team
• Ability to read and interpret design plans and technical drawings
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with local and international safety standards
• At least three years of experience in a supervisory role in furniture or joinery production
• Expertise in using joinery and carpentry equipment such as CAD/CAM software
• Familiarity with different types of wood and their characteristics
• Understanding of carpentry and furniture making processes and techniques
• Strong communication skills, and ability to work in a team
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
