Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Strong experience in Sales forces Development (Apex, Visual force, Lightning Web Components).
  • Hands-on expertise with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Proficient in IT infrastructure administration (servers, networks, internal systems).
  • Solid knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN) and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Skilled in operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS) and server management.
  • Implement and maintain IT policies, backup procedures, and cyber security protocols.
  • Manage and maintain company websites, ensuring uptime, performance, security, SEO, and optimization.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve website-related issues across hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Create and update website content (text, images, multimedia) in collaboration with marketing and development teams.
  • Monitor website analytics, prepare reports, and recommend improvements to enhance user experience and performance.
  • Coordinate with vendors for IT services, website updates, and software maintenance.
  • Support and train staff with IT-related queries.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in IT & web administration within property development or real estate.
  • Strong knowledge of web management (CMS, hosting), networking, and IT infrastructure.
  • Ability to handle multiple IT projects independently and ensure system security.
  • Familiarity with real estate/property management systems.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Developer, Administrator, Platform App Builder).
  • Experience with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity practices in cloud and network environments.
