Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • • Configure, manage, and maintain Windows Server OS environments for client infrastructure • Setup, configure, and manage network devices including Firewalls, Routers, and Wireless Access Points • Preference for proven experience with Fortigate firewalls • Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot Endpoint Security, Email Security, and Backup solutions • Preference for experience with Acronis Cyber Security • Administer and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Intune • Administer and support Google Workspace environments • Perform Windows Desktop OS setup and troubleshooting across client endpoints • Troubleshoot and support network-connected devices such as printers and scanners • Collaborate with client teams and internal stakeholders to resolve issues, identify and implement improvements and report status updates • Maintain accurate documentation for systems, configurations, and procedures • Ensure compliance with client-specific IT policies, security protocols, and audit requirements

  • Collaborate with other IT teams, such as network administrators and system engineers, to resolve complex technical issues and improve overall IT infrastructure.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, demonstrating a solid foundation in IT principles.
  • Demonstrates 2-3 years of experience in IT support or a related role, highlighting practical experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Exhibits strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical problems and implement effective solutions.
  • Possesses excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in operating systems (Windows, macOS), hardware, networking, and common software applications.
  • Demonstrates strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Exhibits a customer-focused attitude with a genuine desire to help users and provide exceptional technical support.
