Your missions will include: 

Needs analysis

• Collect recruitment needs from managers

• Write and validate job descriptions

• Define the profiles sought and the distribution channels

Sourcing and attractiveness

• Write and publish advertisements on various job boards and social networks

• Identify and approach talent using advanced sourcing techniques (CVs, LinkedIn, co-optation, etc.)

• Participate in recruitment events as needed

Conducting interviews

• Pre-qualify the applications received

• Carry out telephone and/or face-to-face interviews

• assess the technical and behavioral skills of candidates

• Organize interviews with operational managers

Process monitoring

• Maintain contact with candidates throughout the process

• Write interview reports and participate in final choices

• Manage job offers and feedback to candidates

Reporting and continuous improvement

• Monitor recruitment performance indicators (KPIs, deadlines, sources, etc.)

• Propose actions to improve the efficiency of the process

• Participate in cross-functional HR projects if necessary
