Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues for end-users; ensuring quick resolution.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software applications, and peripherals, keeping everything up-to-date.
  • Diagnose and resolve network connectivity problems, including troubleshooting of routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights within Active Directory or other directory services, ensuring security compliance.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience is valued.
  • CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications are highly desirable, demonstrating foundational IT knowledge.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on experience in IT support, showcasing practical problem-solving skills.
  • Prior experience in the healthcare or financial industry is a plus, indicating understanding of industry-specific needs.
