Roles & Responsibilities

Role Summary

The Windows Desktop Support Engineer & Microsoft 365 Administrator is the first-line owner of our end-user computing experience. You will diagnose and resolve Windows 10/11 workstation issues, maintain endpoint security, and administer the full Microsoft 365 tenant (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID/Intune, and Compliance). The post blends hands-on desktop support with cloud-first collaboration and identity management duties.


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field or equivalent hands-on experience.

  • 3+ years experience supporting Windows client operating systems in an enterprise environment.

  • Solid grasp of Microsoft 365 workloads (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) and admin-center workflows.

  • Proficiency with PowerShell for administration and automation.

  • Working knowledge of TCP/IP networking, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.

  • Excellent written & verbal communication; able to translate technical details for non-technical users (a core quality highlighted for support specialists).


Preferred / Nice-to-Have

  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate (MD-100/101) or Microsoft 365 Administrator (MS-102).

  • CompTIA A+, Network+, or ITIL Foundation.

  • Experience with Microsoft Intune device compliance and Mobile Application Management.

  • Scripting/automation with PowerShell DSC or Azure Automation.

  • Experience in hybrid AD / Entra ID environments, conditional-access, and Zero-Trust implementations.
