We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused IT Support Specialist to provide first-level technical support for internal users. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues, ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to help desk tickets and provide technical support via phone, email, or in person.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Install, configure, and update operating systems and software.
• Support basic network connectivity issues (Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN).
• Assist with user account creation, password resets, and access management.
• Set up and maintain office equipment including printers, scanners, and projectors.
• Document technical solutions and update knowledge base.
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or vendors as needed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Fundamentals) are a plus.
• Basic knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and common productivity software.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
