Experience - 5+ yearsWhat You'll Do Manage and maintain IT infrastructure and network systems Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across the organization Implement cybersecurity measures and data protection protocols Provide technical support to end-users and resolve IT tickets Configure and deploy new systems and applications Monitor system performance and optimize IT operationsWhat We're Looking For 5+ years of experience in IT support and system administration Strong knowledge of Windows/Azure/Linux systems and networking Experience with cloud platforms and virtualization technologies Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Relevant IT certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco preferred) Strong communication and teamwork abilitiesTechnical SkillsOperating Systems Installation, configuration, optimization, maintenance of operating systems (Microsoft, Desktop and Windows Version, Server 2012, and above.
