Roles & Responsibilities

1. Job Description
Risk & Security Analyst: * Identity Lifecycle & Governance
Extensive hands-on experience managing Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) processes across Azure AD, ServiceNow, OIM, and SailPoint.
Deep knowledge in access recertification, remediation, revalidation, and SOX compliance, with strong audit engagement skills. * Tools & Platforms IAM/IDAM: SailPoint (in training and practical use), CyberArk, Oracle Identity Manager (OIM), Thycotic, One Identity
Directories: Azure AD, AD Manager Plus, LDAP
Admin & Automation: PowerShell, ServiceNow, Exchange Online, M365 Admin Center
Monitoring: Azure Identity Protection, Connect Health, Beyond Identity (MFA), Quantum Bytes. * Privileged Access Management (PAM)
Expert use of CyberArk and Thycotic, including onboarding high-privilege accounts, safe creation, policy management, and PAM governance reporting. * Audit, Compliance & Risk Regularly managed SOX recertification, user access reviews, unstructured data governance, and internal/external audit liaison.
Familiar with regulatory requirements for access control within financial institutions. * Digital Identity & Security
Applied conditional access, PIM roles, RBAC configurations, dynamic group setups, app registration, and B2B access models.
Understanding of digital identity in Zero Trust frameworks and hybrid environments

Desired Candidate Profile
