Job Title: Project Scheduling Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented I.T Project Coordinator with experience working with System Integrator or related technology to manage the scheduling and coordination of technical tasks and service tickets. This role is critical in ensuring timely execution of projects, effective communication with clients, and smooth collaboration across engineering and support teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create Project plan liaising with the project lead and the technical Manager.
• Schedule and assign project tasks and service tickets to engineers and technicians.
• Monitor and update first-level responses on service tickets to ensure timely acknowledgment.
• Provide clients with updates upon task or project completion.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, including weekly progress and completion reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to arrange and track project materials and logistics.
• Organize and lead daily morning stand-up meetings; follow up on task closures and pending actions.
• Maintain accurate records of AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) customers.
• Plan and schedule Preventive Planned Maintenance (PPM) activities for AMC clients.
