You will be responsible for the full technology ecosystem across multiple companies and sites:

Governance & Security

• Establish and enforce IT governance, cybersecurity standards, policies, and controls
• Oversee data protection, access management, audits, and compliance frameworks

Infrastructure & Operations

• Manage networks, servers, VMware, CCTV, biometrics, telecoms, and all end-user devices
• Administer Windows Server, AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, MacOS, Android & iOS
• Maintain business continuity, backups, and disaster recovery environments

Technology & Management

• Lead IT budgeting, procurement, AMCs, vendor management, and asset lifecycle
• Support hosting, DNS, CentOS environments, and backend technical configurations
• Manage Google Workspace & Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Entra ID)

Project Leadership

• Own end-to-end IT projects from stakeholder requirement gathering to execution
• Deliver scalable solutions that support factory operations and commercial teams
• Drive digital transformation initiatives, including AI-enabled tools and automation

Operations Excellence

• Provide L2/L3 support expertise when required — no hesitation to get hands-on
• Maintain tight IT inventory, licensing compliance, and documentation
