Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's IT strategy in alignment with business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the IT team including system administrators, developers, support technicians, and other IT staff.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company’s technology infrastructure (networks, systems, software).
- Ensure the security, availability, and performance of all IT systems.
- Manage IT budgets, forecasts, and vendor relationships.
- Establish and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Ensure data privacy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
- Provide high-level technical support and guidance to departments across the organization.
- Lead IT-related projects, such as system upgrades, cloud migrations, and cybersecurity initiatives.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in IT management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise systems, and software development.
- Proven experience in strategic planning and execution of large-scale IT projects.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), ERP systems, and IT governance frameworks
