Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
• Enter, update, and maintain accurate business, sales, and inventory data
• Analyse data and prepare reports to support management decisions
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality
• Support IT systems, ERP, and internal software operations
• Coordinate with finance, sales, and operations teams for data validation
• Identify data discrepancies and recommend process improvements
Desired Candidate Profile
• Minimum 1 year experience in IT, data entry, or data analysis
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and data management tools
• Basic knowledge of databases, ERP systems, or reporting tools preferred
• High attention to detail and analytical mindset
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in FMCG or logistics is an advantage
