Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

*Oversee end-to-end lifecycle management of enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, CRM, HRMS, etc.)

*Collaborate with business units to understand requirements and ensure applications meet organizational needs.

*Lead application deployment, integration, and upgrade projects

*Manage vendor relationships, including licensing, support, and SLAs.

*Ensure application performance, availability, and security.

*Coordinate with IT infrastructure and security teams to ensure seamless integration and compliance.

*Provide Level 3 support for escalated application issues.

*Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives within the application portfolio.

*Monitor user adoption and satisfaction, providing training where necessary.

*Maintain documentation of processes, configurations, and procedures.

*Develop and manage application budget and resource planning.

Desired Candidate Profile

*3+ years of experience in IT application support or management.

*Proven experience managing enterprise-level software systems.

*Strong knowledge of application architecture, integrations, and databases (SQL, Oracle, etc.)

*Experience with cloud-based applications (e.g., SaaS platforms)

*Project management experience (PMP, Prince2 certification is a plus)

*Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

*Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

*Leadership and team management experience
