Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets.
Manage and grow existing client accounts and maintain long-term relationships.
Prepare and deliver product presentations and business proposals to clients.
Understand and analyze client requirements to provide suitable product solutions.
Coordinate with regulatory, logistics, and production teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Participate in international exhibitions, conferences, and promotional events.
Prepare market reports, competitor analysis, and sales forecasts.
Ensure compliance with export documentation, international trade regulations, and company policies.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
5-10 years of international sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry is mandatory.
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical export processes and regulatory norms.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel internationally as required.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and reporting software.
Fluency in English; knowledge of additional foreign languages is a plus.

Preferred Attributes:
Prior experience working with markets in Africa, Southeast Asia,LATAM, MENA, or CIS countries.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Well-versed with product registration processes in international markets
