Roles & Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Technical/IT Support We are seeking a dynamic and creative Intern to support both our Graphic Design and Technical/IT Support functions. This dual-role internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in designing visual content while also assisting with technical troubleshooting and IT-related tasks within the organization. The intern will work closely with the design and IT teams, contributing to brand development, marketing collateral, and ensuring smooth day-to-day technical operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Computer Science, IT, or related field.

  • Strong interest in both creative design and technical/IT support.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute proactively. Availability for a minimum internship period of 3–6 months.

Graphic Design

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or equivalent tools (Canva, Figma).

  • Ability to create digital and print-ready designs such as posters, social media posts, presentations, infographics, and marketing materials.

  • Familiarity with motion graphics or video editing is a plus.

    Technical / IT Support

  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software troubleshooting.

  • Ability to provide first-level IT support for staff (e.g., password resets, software installation, printer/network troubleshooting).

  • Familiarity with Windows/Mac OS, MS Office, and common productivity tools.

  • Understanding of basic networking concepts (Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN) is a plus.

  • Willingness to document IT processes and assist in setting up workstations.
