Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Research and Data Collection: Conduct comprehensive secondary research to identify and gather current data on potential clients and market trends, using free online resources.
Database Management: Develop and maintain an extensive database of potential clients, featuring detailed company profiles, sales documentation, industry insights and contact information. CRM Implementation for customers and follow up with regions on their implementation and utilization of CRM.
Market Analysis: Assist with the development of competitive intelligence reports and in-depth market analysis.
Industry Trends Monitoring keep abreast of relevant industry trends and news to align with the company's business development goals.
Collaborative Teamwork - Work collaboratively with department heads across Sales, Logistics, Parts to ensure unified business operations.
Subject Matter Expert: Serves as a SME in the ERP implementation project.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in business administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field (or be on track to graduate within the internship period).
Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and extract valuable information from various sources.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power BI and Word, with the ability to create and manage complex spreadsheets and documents.
A strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
A keen interest in business development and a desire to learn about the industry.
Experience with free online research tools and databases is a plus.
