We are looking for an exceptionally creative Interior & Landscape Designer with a naturally visionary mind. You must not only love design but be fuelled by creativity someone who instinctively sees possibilities where others see blank space. You’ll take abstract ideas and turn them into tangible, stunning environments by exploring different forms, palettes, moods, and concepts until something truly unique and memorable emerges.

This is more than a technical design role it's for someone who lives and breathes creativity and can imagine beauty, harmony, and function before it ever exists on paper.

Key Responsibilities

• Take the seed of an idea or a feeling and evolve it into original, creative concepts for both interiors and landscaped outdoor environments.
• Explore multiple creative directions and aesthetic themes before settling on the one that best tells the story of the space.
• Sketch, ideate, and build mood boards to communicate your creative vision clearly and emotionally.
• Collaborate with the Architect, 3D Designer, Interior Designer, and Project Manager to refine concepts into fully-realised, buildable solutions.
• Design spaces of all scales from intimate courtyards, garden and nooks to room features and grand, expansive villas with equal care and creativity.
• Work on design presentations, materials selection, lighting mood, furniture layout, and styling to bring the full picture to life.
• Be involved throughout the lifecycle of the project to ensure your original design intent is faithfully executed on site.
• Ensure all designs meet the functional needs of the client, while exceeding emotional expectations through creative impact.
