Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed assessments of client needs and preferences to create tailored design solutions that enhance functionality and aesthetics.
  • Develop comprehensive design plans that include layout, color schemes, furnishings, and materials, ensuring they align with the client's vision and budget.
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless execution of design projects from concept to completion.
  • Create and present visually compelling mood boards and 3D renderings that effectively communicate design concepts to clients.
  • Manage project timelines and budgets meticulously, ensuring all aspects of the design process are delivered on schedule and within financial constraints.
  • Source and select high-quality furnishings, fabrics, and finishes, negotiating with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms.
  • Stay updated on current design trends, technologies, and sustainability practices to inform and innovate design strategies.
  • Conduct site visits to oversee implementation of designs, ensuring that work meets specified standards and client expectations.
  • Prepare detailed documentation, including floor plans, specifications, and contracts, to facilitate smooth project execution.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication, problem-solving, and responsiveness throughout the design process.

Desired Candidate Profile

● Minimum 2 years of experience as an Interior Designer in a design firm, furniture company, or contracting company.

● Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).

● Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Rhino, Canva, Blender, or similar tools for 2D/3D design. ● Strong skills in rendering engines (V-Ray, Corona, or similar) for photorealistic output.

● Experience in both interior visualization and product/furniture rendering.

● Strong communication and presentation skills; confident in client-facing roles.

● Presentable, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

● Experience in furniture product development (3D modeling and renders for new product lines).

● Familiarity with e-commerce visual content requirements.

● Knowledge of sourcing and procurement in the Gulf region.

● Basic experience with 3D rendering pipelines (materials, lighting setups, asset optimization).
