Job Brief: This is an opportunity for a professional, engaged, and open-minded individual to join a team of dedicated technicians offering a complete range of products and related services to customers. The role involves installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, customer support, and strict adherence to safety standards. The ideal candidate must be physically fit, reliable, and eager to learn and grow within a technical environment.Job Responsibilities:Profoundly interested on a daily basis to sell solutions to end users as part of recommendations in order to improve product performance.Carry out installations as assigned.Complete all required training to enhance product knowledge.Maintain the company vehicle, stock, and tools in good working order.Perform troubleshooting, accurate reporting, detailing of job numbers, travel time, labelling of equipment, and completion of door assignments.Read, understand, and strictly comply with all Health & Safety requirements.Install sectional doors (manual & automatic), high-speed doors, rolling shutters, dock levellers, dock shelters, etc.Read and understand installation drawings.Perform control wiring, testing, and commissioning of equipment.Conduct troubleshooting and maintenance of electrical and mechanical components.Fully adhere to Health & Safety rules at all times.Job Requirements:ITI / Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical.Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar field.Clean driving license; additional operating licenses are beneficial.Education in electrical, mechanical, or hydraulic training is preferred.Ability to lift and carry up to 30 35 kg independently.Responsible, reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.Results-oriented with strong initiative and problem-solving abilities.Eager to learn and develop new technical and sales-related skills.Able to work independently while managing time and workload effectively.Develops good working relationships with co-workers and customers.Ability to work under extensive pressure and deliver efficient results on time.HSE knowledge.High level of physical fitness.Communication skills in English.UAE driving license.Travel: 60% 70%.
