Description

We are hiring two Inside Sales/Event Marketing Executives to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for driving sales through proactive outreach, managing event marketing initiatives, and enhancing customer engagement. This role requires strong communication skills, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to effectively manage both sales and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inside Sales:
    • Generate leads and build a pipeline through outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups.
    • Qualify and convert leads into sales by understanding customer needs and offering suitable solutions.
    • Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Event Marketing:
    • Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events, webinars, and trade shows to promote company products and services.
    • Develop event marketing strategies and promotional materials to drive attendance and engagement.
    • Work with vendors, sponsors, and partners to ensure successful event execution and post-event follow-up.
  • Sales & Marketing Strategy:
    • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and achieve business goals.
    • Monitor and analyze sales and event marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Customer Engagement:
    • Engage with potential and existing customers through various channels, providing information, support, and solutions to address their needs.
    • Collect and analyze customer feedback to enhance service offerings and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting & Analysis:
    • Prepare and present reports on sales activities, event outcomes, and marketing effectiveness.
    • Utilize analytics to track performance metrics and optimize strategies for better results.
Requirements
Experience

1-2 years of experience in inside sales, event marketing, or a related field.

Skills/Scope

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing successful marketing events., Strong understanding of sales processes and event marketing strategies.

Skills & Competencies

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills., Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively., Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities., Proficiency in CRM software and marketing tools.
