  • Assist in implementing and reviewing Individual Education Plans (IEPs), behaviour support plans, and personalised learning goals, in collaboration with the Class Teacher and Inclusion Teacher.

  • Motivate and encourage pupils in their learning and development, providing positive reinforcement and praise.

  • Help to maintain a safe, organised and inclusive classroom environment.

  • Communicate with parents and carers about progress and next steps, as directed by the Inclusion Teacher.

  • Liaise with external specialists and therapists as part of a collaborative, wrap-around approach to pupil support.

  • Foster pupil independence, confidence, and positive peer interactions.
