Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' immigration eligibility based on their unique circumstances, ensuring personalized guidance.
- Prepare and file immigration applications, petitions, and supporting documentation, meticulously adhering to legal requirements.
- Stay updated on constantly changing immigration laws and policies to provide clients with accurate and timely advice.
- Advise clients on the best immigration pathways, including visas, residency, and citizenship options tailored to their needs.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree
Minimum of 1 years of relevant experience in immigration consulting or legal support, showcasing a proven track record of successful cases.
Experience in handling diverse immigration cases, including family sponsorships, work permits, and asylum applications.
