Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a talented IEC Panel Partner Operations Engineer, as part of our ambitious growth expectations of our low voltage assemblies business in high-growth sectors like C&I, data centers, and heavy industry by expanding our panel builder program with experienced partners.

The "IEC Panel Partner Operations Engineer" will support the Middle East and Africa, executing local audits and providing technical application support for Eaton's xEnergy LV switchgear and components. This role manages front-end system quality claims, serves as a low voltage expert for customers, panel builders, and sales teams, and supports standardization of assembly and manufacturing processes at partner sites.

What You ll Do

  • Execute the annual audits
  • Provide LV technical application systems guidance
  • Panel builder visits, to check quality, assembling standards, user documentation and tools. Organize and track adaptations and improvements, if necessary
  • Train and guide our partners on Standard and Quality process
  • Go on site, evaluate and invest in root cause analyze, carry out a replacement scenario with all involved parties.
  • Support manufacturing drawings implementation for external partners

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent in Electrical or Mechanical engineering
  • 5 Years in product line or technical assembly experience
