HVAC supervisor MOVENPICK

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Supervisor to join our team in Baghdad, Iraq. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of HVAC operations, ensuring efficient installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.

• Lead and manage a team of HVAC technicians, assigning tasks and monitoring performance
• Develop and implement project plans for HVAC installations and major repairs
• Conduct regular inspections of HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with local building codes
• Troubleshoot complex HVAC issues and provide technical guidance to team members
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely project completion
• Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and industry best practices
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including work orders, reports, and maintenance logs
• Stay updated on the latest HVAC technologies and energy-efficient practices
• Participate in training and development programs for team members

• HVAC certification (e.g., NATE, HVAC Excellence)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the HVAC industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair techniques
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in HVAC-specific software and Microsoft Office suite
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
• Experience with energy efficiency and sustainability practices in HVAC systems
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
